office desk vs. hours

Dear WM Sweden would you consider setting a virtual (help/info)desk as chat channel (maybe topical telegram group or something)?

I find it hard to show up (especially in this hot summer) at specific times (and I noticed other did also), so maybe it is better to have almost-real-time chats, then just live office hour. Maybe schedualing office hours makes sense again when several people wanna talk/listen same or similar topic and you have specific topic you wanna discuss yourself - no?
