Different types of meetings
Hello!
We at Wikimedia Sweden are glad that you started editing on Metabase. If you have any thoughts or questions, just contact me or User:Alicia Fagerving (WMSE) and we will try to answer them as best we can.
Since I patrol both new and changed items, I discovered that you created items for some meetings organized by Wikimedia Italy. If these meetings are some kind of annual general meeting, you can use annual general meeting (Q51). Other meeting types are also meeting (Q22103) or work meeting (Q22104). The somewhat confused way we model WLM
Hi Agnese!
Since the modeling of WLE and WLM can seem confusing, I would like to clarify how we at WMSE thought when we started modeling such items.
All WLE and WLM with an English label ending in "‒ contest", e.g. Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 in Italy ‒ contest (Q22280) are intended to represent only the photo contest itself, while e.g. Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 in Italy (Q22600) is an umbrella-like item that is intended to "collect" both the contest and all related events.
If something feels unclear, or if you have other thoughts and questions, don't hesitate to ask. Happy editing! -- Andreas Kettelhoit (WMSE) (talk) 09:31, 4 March 2025 (UTC)

Events on multiple occasions
Hi Agnese!
When we started thinking about modeling different types of items, we quickly realized that events about the same thing, and in temporal connection with each other, should have an item for each occasion ‒ and in a way "one occasion, one item" was born.
An example is Mapping Noventa Vicentina 2018 which I, both took the liberty of editing and, divided into two items: Mapping Noventa Vicentina 2018 ‒ #1 (Q30755) and Mapping Noventa Vicentina 2018 ‒ #2 (Q30761).
Even though the second event is a direct continuation of the first, we believe that modeling should be done as above. To show that two events overlap, use partially coincident with (P87).
Never hesitate to ask if something is unclear, or if you think I'm explaining something in a complicated or difficult way. Happy editing! -- Andreas Kettelhoit (WMSE) (talk) 13:36, 11 March 2025 (UTC)

Connection between presentation (Q48) and slide deck (Q62)
Hi Agnese!
It's always fun when new items are created, and to see what they're about.
I'd like to share how we thought about modeling the relationship between presentation (Q48) (the activity) and slide deck (Q62) (the document type).
A slide deck (Q62) can exist both alone, but also together with a presentation (Q48), as follows: The slide Wikidata at the museum (Q21958) is used by (P42) the presentation Wikidata for authority control: sharing museum knowledge with the world (Q21980), and in turn the presentation uses (P43) the slide.
As usual, you're always welcome to contact us with questions. Happy editing. -- Andreas Kettelhoit (WMSE) (talk) 13:29, 8 May 2025 (UTC)
Thank you Andreas,
I find it more convenient to go ahead and insert the slides and then link them to the presentations.
Best regards --Agnese Azzarelli (talk) 13:40, 8 May 2025 (UTC)
